Current versionv1.7.0

  1. v1.7.0Minor releaseLatest

Availability that is respected, clearer report reviews, and a changelog

Proposing a mission to a colleague now follows what they announced, reviewing a report lets you say exactly what you need, and sent messages can be corrected.

    Added

    • A public changelog with a version number for every release
    • Inviting a colleague from their availability now follows what they announced: their area and court, their dates, the kinds of work they offered and how they attend
    • A mission that falls outside a colleague's announced availability is refused with the reason, or can be proposed to them without being tied to it
    • Asking for a modification of a report now takes a message and what you expect (changes, information, missing documents), and the colleague is notified and sees it on their report
    • The attachments that came with a report are listed under it with a count, and the review step says how many there are
    • You can correct a message you sent within an hour, and the other person sees that it was edited

    Changed

    • Reports for missions without a hearing no longer ask for a hearing outcome, and use wording that fits the work
    • The dashboard activity list puts overdue work and reports waiting for your review first, and moves expired or finished missions to the end
    • A mission offered to specific lawyers must now name at least one of them

    Fixed

    • A message could be posted twice when Retry was pressed after the connection dropped
    • A report waiting for review was listed as expired once the hearing date had passed
    • The colleague a mission was proposed to was not always told, while unrelated lawyers could be

    Security

    • The titles of missions proposed to a single colleague are no longer sent to lawyers who cannot open them
    • The text of a sent message can no longer be changed silently: corrections are visible, and the original is kept for moderation review
  2. v1.6.0Minor release

Password reset that works, and legal documents in three languages

    Added

    • The terms of use and the privacy policy in Arabic, French and English, with the Arabic as the reference text
    • Registration records which version of the terms and privacy policy you accepted

    Changed

    • A password reset link now expires after one hour

    Fixed

    • The link in the password reset email led to a page that did not exist
    • A password reset link could be used up by an email security scanner before you opened it; it is now only used up when your new password is saved

    Security

    • Resetting a password signs you out of every other device and sends you a security alert
  3. v1.5.0Minor release

A clearer path for new law firms to be verified

    Added

    • A new firm shows « Pending verification » to its owner until the platform has checked it
    • The team that verifies firms is alerted when a firm is founded, and reminded about any that have been waiting more than a day

    Fixed

    • A newly founded firm did not appear in the list of firms waiting to be verified
    • Signed-in lawyers were still invited to sign up on public pages
  4. v1.4.0Minor release

The ranking is anonymous until you decide otherwise

Levels, badges and streaks remain private by default. Only the ranking changes: everyone now takes part in it without a name or a photo.

    Added

    • A panel on the Standing page shows how your row looks to other members, and lets you stay anonymous, appear under your name or hide, with an undo

    Changed

    • Every member now appears in the leaderboard anonymously — no name, no photo and no link to a profile — unless they choose to hide or to appear under their name
  5. v1.3.0Minor release

    Law firms

Lawyers who work together can now do so on the platform, without giving up control of their own missions.

    Added

    • Law firm workspaces: found a firm, invite colleagues by email and give them a role of owner, administrator or member
    • A shared view of the missions published by a firm's members, with figures, an activity log and a public page once the firm is verified
    • Invitations with a personal link that works for 14 days and can be renewed or withdrawn
    • Missions published while you belong to a firm are attributed to it automatically

    Changed

    • Running a firm is now a role inside the firm rather than a type of account
  6. v1.2.0Minor release

A complete file for each account, and a fix for dark mode

    Added

    • Administrators with the right permission can open a person's full file: profile, activity, wallet, security and private staff notes
    • Sensitive documents in that file are opened only on request, and every access is recorded
    • Administrators can sign a person out of one or all of their devices, and send them a password reset or a verification link

    Fixed

    • Page titles and warnings were unreadable for visitors whose device was set to dark mode
  7. v1.1.0Minor release

    Roles and permissions for administrators

Administration is no longer all or nothing: each person receives exactly the permissions their work requires.

    Added

    • Roles made of permissions, which administrators can create and give to people, optionally until an end date
    • A history of every change to roles, permissions and accounts
    • Account suspension, which signs the person out of every device immediately

    Changed

    • Access to tools such as document research is now managed through roles, from one place that shows who can use what
    • The last super-administrator can no longer be removed or suspended
  8. v1.0.0Initial release

    INABA-DZ goes live

The first production release of the platform where Algerian lawyers delegate missions to one another.

    Added

    • Delegation missions for court hearings, filings, document retrieval and non-judicial work such as consultations and research, published through a guided form
    • Applications and selection, with a conflict-of-interest declaration before a colleague sees the case details
    • A complete mission lifecycle: acceptance, progress, a written report with attachments, mutual ratings, and automatic expiry of missions that can no longer be taken
    • Availability offers, so a colleague can announce where and when they can stand in
    • Mission chat and direct messages, with replies, reactions, withdrawal of sent messages and protection against threats and abuse
    • Notifications in the app, by push and by email, with per-category preferences and an optional daily or weekly digest
    • A hearings calendar by court and wilaya, with reminders, postponements and calendar export
    • Court rolls published from reviewed uploads, and the possibility for any lawyer to send one in and be rewarded
    • Document summarising and anonymising, running in the background so a long document can be left and collected later
    • Lawyer profiles, a professional network, a directory and a downloadable CV
    • A community feed and topic communities
    • A coin wallet and a document marketplace
    • Levels, badges and a leaderboard, private unless you choose to share them
    • Onboarding with a checklist and short guided tours
    • Full support for French, Arabic (right to left) and English

    Security

    • Identity documents and chat attachments are stored privately and shared only with the people entitled to see them

How we number releases

We follow Semantic Versioning. Every release gets a version of the form MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH, and the number is decided by the biggest thing the release contains.

Major2.0.0
Something you must act on, or something that is gone.
Minor1.8.0
There is more, or something works differently. Nothing you rely on stops working.
Patch1.7.1
Something was wrong and now is not. No new behaviour.

Releases up to 1.6.0 were numbered after the fact, from our deployment history, when this page was introduced. Every release since is numbered on the day it goes live.
